Question?? If I need to grow the cultures over the weekend– can I grow it at about 18 degrees and still have luminescence with pVIB?
EDIT: sorry, 18 should be fine- I think it is at 20+ that you get in trouble.
Not with pVIB. pVIB is from a bactieria that lives in the cold ocean, so I think some enzymes get inactivated (and it does not glow) if you grow it too hot.
